Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated, experienced individual to join us at Quin Global as Production Associate. As an integral part of our production team, you are responsible for the actual making of Quin products. You are responsible for various day-to-day production labor needs adhering to all safety, quality, and productivity guideli.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintains and follows all safety, quality, productivity policies and guidelines
  • Assists in manufacturing equipment operation, change, or setup
  • Assists Quality Assurance – Manufacturing
  • Meets ongoing labor standards through training and performance
  • Helps maintain quality standards for manufacturing
  • Coordinates with coworkers and supervisors on daily production goals
  • Assists with preproduction samples and new equipment verification
  • Identifies needed equipment preventive maintenance
  • Maintains knowledge of production technology

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
  • Prior experience in production is preferred including Lean Principles (i.e. 5S, standard work, KANBAN, CI)
    Fast learner with ability to cross train in multiple areas
  • Ability to lift and stand
  • Self-motivated, reliable and punctual
  • Communicates effectively with team members, supervisors, customers
  • Knowledge of techniques and equipment
  • Working knowledge of production processes and procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment, multiple areas
  • Ability to cross train in multiple areas of the production lin

 

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position. Core days and hours of work are Monday through Thursday, core hours 6:00am to 4:30.pm.
